About Your Bill
WVT processes bills monthly. You can request services such as Warwick Online to be included on your telephone bill. Bills are due upon receipt. Contact us if you have questions about your bill or need to make arrangements to pay your bill. In New York, a late payment charge is applied to amounts not paid by the next bill date.
If you have WVT Long Distance, charges for those calls will automatically appear on your WVT bill.
Other long distance companies either place charges on our bill or send their own statement. Questions about long distance charges should be directed to the long distance company listed on your bill.
Security deposits are based on credit history and are refunded after a prompt payment history has been established. WVT pays interest on deposits, either annually on your bill in January or when the deposit is refunded.
