Easy Pay and Easy Charge are safe, convenient ways to automatically pay your Alteva bill.

How It Works
Your Alteva bill is still mailed.
With Easy Pay, the amount due is deducted automatically from your bank account.
With Easy Charge, the amount due is deducted automatically from your credit card.

• The amount paid is shown on your bank or credit card statement.
• Easy Pay and Easy Charge take about one month to establish.

Continue to pay your bill as usual until your bill says "Easy Pay" or Easy Charge" in the box by Amount Paid.
